1. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS ON ITCH.IO COMMUNITY FORUMS

1.1 We may provide You with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials on our Itch.io community page or related forums (collectively, "Contributions"), including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material. Contributions are in relation to our video game, JUPITER JACKPOT CASINO™ ("Licensed Application"). 

Contributions may be viewable by the public and by other users of Itch.io, including both purchasers of our game(s) and users who have not purchased or downloaded the game. Any Contributions You submit to our community forums or in association with our game or content hosted on Itch.io are subject to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You acknowledge that any permission You are granted to contribute content is limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and may be revoked at any time by SHARP SET for any reason. Your Contributions must also comply with the terms of Itch.io’s own community guidelines and usage policies.

1.2 When You create or make available Contributions on our community forum or Itch.io page, You represent and warrant that:

1. You own the rights or have obtained necessary licenses and permissions to share your Contributions.

2. Your Contributions do not violate the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, etc.).

3. You have permission from any identifiable individuals in your Contributions.

4. Your Contributions are not false, misleading, or inappropriate.

5. Your Contributions do not include spam, hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

6. Your Contributions are relevant to the Licensed Application or related discussion.

7. Your Contributions comply with this policy, Itch.io’s terms, and applicable law.
   
   

1.3 Any Contributions that violate these terms may be removed, and your access to our community features may be restricted or revoked.

1.4 We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict Contributions on our Itch.io community page if such content violates this policy, relevant laws, or the terms of service of Itch.io.

2. COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION SCOPE

2.1 By posting Contributions on Itch.io or related forums, You consent to our ability to access, store, process, and moderate that content. This may include reposting or referencing Contributions in association with promoting our Licensed Application, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

2.2 You grant SHARP SET a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, or share Your Contributions for informational, promotional, or support purposes.

2.3 We may credit You for Your Contributions if required by law or platform policy, using the username or alias You provided, unless the displayed name is offensive or violates community standards.

2.4 Contributions include, but are not limited to: posts, replies, threads, reviews, ratings, and reactions. SHARP SET reserves the right to manage these at our discretion without prior notice.

2.5 We comply with all applicable consumer review and speech protection laws. Honest, non-malicious reviews or opinions are respected. However, features like ratings or comments may be enabled or disabled depending on the platform.

2.6 This policy does not transfer ownership of Your Contributions to SHARP SET. You retain all rights, titles, and interests in Your content.

2.7 You are solely responsible for Your Contributions. SHARP SET is not liable for any third-party claims arising from content You submit.

SOLICITED OR COMPENSATED CONTRIBUTIONS

a. You agree not to submit Contributions (reviews, comments, etc.) in exchange for payment, incentives, or at the direction of third parties intending to influence the reputation or commercial success of our Licensed Application.

b. Any such manipulated or incentivized contributions are prohibited and may result in removal, reporting, or legal action.

UNOFFICIAL GROUPS AND THIRD-PARTY COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS

a. Contributions made through third-party fan pages, groups, or sites not owned by SHARP SET must include a prominent disclaimer stating the group is UNOFFICIAL and not affiliated with SHARP SET or the Licensed Application.

b. SHARP SET reserves the right to request edits or corrections to third-party content when inaccuracies or misrepresentation of our brand or game are found.
